Who is Gregg Corso?
Gregg Corso is the owner of ArborActive, a specialized tree care company dedicated to preserving and maintaining trees with a science-based approach. Gregg began working in forestry and tree care in 2009 before transitioning to the tech industry for several years. In 2024 Gregg and his wife welcomed their second child. During his time on leave, he reevaluated his career path and decided to return to his true passion—arboriculture.

With over a decade of education and experience, Gregg made the leap to start ArborActive, allowing him to enjoy a more flexible schedule while spending time with his family. His love for the outdoors, combined with his technical expertise, has made ArborActive a trusted name in tree preservation and plant health care.

What is ArborActive?

Unlike traditional tree removal services, ArborActive focuses on preserving and maintaining trees rather than cutting them down. Arboriculture is the science of tree care, and Gregg’s mission is to help property owners maintain healthy trees and landscapes before they become hazards.

How Big is Arbor Active?

Currently, ArborActive operates with a three-person crew, including Gregg and two tree & forestry technicians. Throughout the winter, the technicians undergo rigorous training to prepare for the busy season in spring.
