  The 17th annual Thompson Community Day will be held on Saturday, October 2, from 12 noon to 4 p.m. (Rain Date: October 9th) at Riverside Park in North Grosvenordale, CT.      Community Day celebrates the unique people, organizations, and businesses in Thompson and offers all people in the community an opportunity to become familiar with our community asset and to enjoy local talent. Calling all Crafters, Makers, Artists and Artisans!Join us as we celebrate the Art and Artisans from the Town of Thompson and beyond. This event will feature jewelry, woodworking, food products, pottery, glass, paintings, clothing, metalwork, and much more.In 2020, the first year of this event, there were over 60 vendors and approximately 1500 shoppers. The 2021 event hosted over 80 vendors and 3000 shoppers.
